$chunk-nav — Add keyboard navigation to chunks?

Synopsis
|$chunk-nav as xs:string := 'true'
Description
If $chunk-nav
is true,
keyboard navigation will be added to chunked output. This is accomplished by
adding the $chunk-nav-js script to the generated HTML.
