Description
This function examines a verbatim environment, the $context,
and returns true if leading blank lines should be trimmed from it.
A db processing instruction with a
verbatim-trim-leading pseudo-attribute may be used to override the
$verbatim-trim-leading-blank-lines parameter on a
case-by-case basis.
