$revhistory-style — Rendering style for revhistory elements.
Synopsis
  |$revhistory-style := 'table'
Description
The revhistory element can be rendered as a list or a table.
If $revhistory-style is
“table>”, it will be rendered using the tabular
style, if it is “list”, it will be rendered
using the list style.
            Example 1.1, “An example of char alignment” shows an example of a revhistory element.
